The house is located in the heart of the village, everything is within walking distance…Café terraces, restaurants, post office, boulangeries, banks , small supermarket, wine producers… and the chateau. The cottage can sleep up to four having two bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other a traditional 'Dordogne Honeymoon bed- more like a three -quarters than a double. There is also a Z bed. There is a large ground floor living room with wood burning stove and a very comfortable three piece suite. There is a large pine farmhouse dining table with six chairs. The floor is tiled in terracotta tiles and a lovely curved wrought iron stairway leads to the first floor were you will find the kitchen, the two bedrooms and the shower room. From here up to a very private roof terrace Facilities: There is a TV / video system with approx 60 pre-recorded films. There is a music centre with 120 LP's and music tapes. Also a chess set, a number of jigsaws and bookshelves with approx. 300 books. We have an excellent cleaner and all will be ready for you on arrival - clean linen etc and the house will be spotless. The house is available all year round and is a warm cosy cottage in the ‘out of season months’ the owners are happy to offer a reduced rental for those who may wish to go for longer periods - please enquire.
